Abtenauer Horse

The Abtenauer is a breed of small horse of the region of Abtenau in Austria, south-east of Salzburg. Is a smaller variety of Noriker horse because its average height at withers is 1.48 m to 1.54 m. the color is usually black, sometimes chestnut. They would never have spots like Pinzgauer. Strong horse cold blood, it is used for coupling. The breed is endangered.
